Financial statement reports summarize a company’s financial performance and position. They help stakeholders make informed decisions by providing key information through documents like the income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement, and other statement.
Go to the side menu and click 8. Accounting.
Click 8.8 Financial Statement
Click Trial Balance.
Select the date range and project you want to review.
Choose Trial Balance as the report type.
Click View to display the report data on screen.
From trial report parameter, select the date range and project you want to review.
Choose GL Accounts as the report type.
Click View to display the report data on screen.
Click Print to generate a printed copy of the report.
Click Convert, then select the desired file format (PDF or Excel) to export the report.
Click Balance Sheet.
Select the date range and project you want to review.
Tick Check if External and/or Check if As of (Optional).
Click View to display the report data on screen.
On the upper part of the report window, choose between Summary or Detailed Report.
To print the report: click the Print icon.
Click Income Statement.
Select the date range and project you want to review.
Tick Check if External (Optional).
Click View to display the report data on screen.
On the upper part of the report window, choose between Summary or Detailed Report.
To print the report: click the Print icon.
To export the report: click the Export icon beside Print icon.
Click Cost of Sales.
Select the date range and project you want to review.
Choose and select transaction type, Current or Year to Date.
Click View to display the report data on screen.
Click Cash Flow Report.
Select the date range and project you want to review.
Choose Cash Flow/Comparative Cash Flow as the transaction type.
Click View to display the report data on screen.
Click Post Trial Balance.
Select the date range and project you want to review.
Tick Check if External and/or Check if As of (Optional).
Click View to display the report data on screen.
Click General/Subsidiary Ledger.
Select the date range, optionally choose the accounts and customer/supplier to filter the report data.
Tick General Ledger or Subsidiary Ledger and Check if External (Optional).
Click View to display the report data on screen.
Click any of the Book of Accounts sub-categories.
Select the date range and project you want to review.
Tick Check if External and/or Check if As of (Optional).
Click View to display the report data on screen.
Click ASL Reports.
Select the report type (ASL Open or ASL Closed) date range, project, requestor and paper size to filter the report data.
Click Confirm to display the report data on screen.
