BIR reports ensure tax compliance in the Philippines and include various BIR Forms, such as income tax, VAT, and withholding tax returns. Businesses must also maintain mandatory books of accounts like the journal, ledger, and cash books. Additionally, Subsidiary Ledger (SL) formats provide detailed breakdowns of transactions, supporting accurate and transparent financial reporting.
Go to the side menu and click 8. Accounting.
Click 8.8 BIR Reports
Click any of the Mandatory Books sub-categories.
Select the date range to filter the report data.
Then, click View.
To print the form, click the Print button.
To export the form, click the Export button.
Choose between Excel or PDF format.
Click 2307 in BIR Forms Category.
From the parameters, select the date range, supplier, company and signatories to filter the report data.
Then, click View.
Click Print icon to generate a printed copy of the report.
Click Purchases/Sales/Importation/MAP/SAWT in SL Format Category.
From the parameters, select the date range to filter the report data.
Then, click View.
Click Convert to .DAT File.
This will generate a .dat file format copy of the report.
The exported file is used for verification in the BIR Relief System.
Click QAP in SL Format Category.
From the parameters, select the quarter and date range to filter the report data. Then, click View.
Click Convert to .DAT File.
This will generate a .dat file format copy of the report.
The exported file is used for verification in the BIR Relief System.
