[NOTE] The Functional Status Filter located at the bottom of the table list allows you to filter the displayed transactions based on their status.
For Verification – Displays entries that are saved and awaiting verification.
For Posting – Shows transactions prepared and subject for posting.
Posted – Lists all posted APV transactions, already recorded in the general ledger and books of accounts.
Canceled – Displays canceled APVs. Only posted APVs can be canceled, and cancellation reverses the journal entry.
All – Shows all APV transactions regardless of status.
Recurring – Displays transactions set for recurring entries.
