Each week, teachers identify a student as the WOW student of the week. These students are highlighted for going above and beyond in some area. Teachers share the reason with the class. Each student gets a certificate, a coupon for a free donut from Donut Chain and has their picture shared in the flyer.
Let's hear it for ...

Every Veteran's Day, Wagner stops to honor those who have served our country and are connected to our Wagner community. Wagner Elementary students and teachers would like to honor the veterans in our lives through a wall of honor. You are invited to add a paper brick for any special veteran or serviceperson (alive or deceased). You can color it if you wish.
Please click here for more information.
Please click the link below for a printable version of the bricks. Printed copies will also be available in the office.
The deadline has been extended for art submissions! This is a wonderful chance to express themselves and what they feel it means to belong. Consider having your child submit an art piece!
Wagner says no to drugs and yes to a healthy lifestyle! Help us show some school spirit and get behind the message with spirit days next week.
Our jog-a-thon is coming! Do you know a family or business that would like to sponsor our biggest fundraiser of the year? There are some great benefits below! PLUS if your child is a 6th graders, sponsorship money (with the exception of $40 and up to the total cost) can be applied to their camp and end of year celebration! Take a look and share with who you might feel would be interested!
Everybody gets a shirt!
All Wagner TK-6th Grade Students will get a Wagner Jog-a-thon t-shirt to keep.
Please enter your child's shirt size here so they can get a shirt that fits!
Please consider donating to jog-a-thon to help cover the costs of a school shirt for all students. All funds go towards our students AND 5th and 6th grade funds support their 6th grade camp experience!
We have a few more spaces left for family math night this Tuesday at 5:30pm. If you'd like to come, sign up here.
How do you count and break down large groups and numbers? How do you know how much is there without one to one counting? Second graders build number sense by exploring counting collections and explaining their mathematical thinking.
Preschoolers explored the five senses with hands (and nose, and tastebuds, and eyes and ears) on activities this week! You're never too young for engaged learning!
Mrs. Ramos's class tied with 6th grade as champions of the PTA membership drive this year! Here are some of the students enjoying some delicious Mustache Mike's! Thank you, PTA!
Mr. B's class built community with parent volunteer craft time, engaged in science learning as botanists, and even had a mysterious visitor in class! Ask your student about their week at Wagner!
