Dedication
I dedicate this work to the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. I am forever grateful to Mary Frangiosa-Creesy (Nana Mary) for keeping her promise to my own mother from all those years ago. Thank you to Tinkerbell for being the sweetest best friend. Thanks to Hunter Miley for his uncanny wisdom, to my sons who gave me the fortitude to keep afloat, albeit unknowingly, for Ryan Christensen, who tenderly nursed me back from feral, and for Julien Adler, for the positive encouragement during my walk through the valley of the shadow of death.
