Heavenly Father,

Keep repeating this prayer to YHWH until you feel love for that person that hurt you. That "name" can be your parent, your child, your pastor, Our Heavenly Father, and even yourself.
Last year (2025), I created this Hummingbird Prayer to help me forgive those who have hurt me, as well as to pray over my enemies. But mostly this prayer was just to heal my broken heart.
I took the Hawaiian prayer,
taught to me by Julien Adler, called
The Ho'oponopono Prayer,
and combined it with
Matthew 5:44
to create
The Hummingbird Prayer
"I am sorry, please forgive me, thank you, I love you."
The Ho'oponopono Prayer
"But I say unto you,
Love your enemies,
bless them that curse you,
do good to them that hate you,
and pray for them which despitefully use you,
and persecute you"

If necessary, say this prayer again and again, until you feel it deep in your heart and soul. As for your “offense” - it may be simply holding onto anger, hurt, bitterness, or unforgiveness. You *must* repent and forgive to receive God's forgiveness. See: Forgiving and Receiving Forgiveness

- Love for all of God’s children
- Love for your enemies
- Ask Our Heavenly Father to teach you how to love like He loves all his children
- Forgiveness of your enemies
Note of caution: don’t pray for these opportunities all at once. Going slow is recommended, especially if you are healing from a hurt. In this case, ask Our Heavenly Father to take it slow with the opportunities, so you can ramp up to the one he created you to be, in such a time as this.
