Teacher/Staff Bios

Suzanne Thomas began her career in education over 30 years at Point Loma University in San Diego, CA. She has taught at all grade levels between Kindergarten-8th grade, served as a Reading Interventionist, and is currently the Literacy Coach at LSE. Suzanne trained as a Literacy Coach through The Ohio State University and most recently trained in Reading Recovery, an early childhood reading intervention. She is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Pedagogy and Instruction with an emphasis in Reading through ENMU.
