Teacher/Staff Bios

Ginger M. Fowler is in her 21st year in education.  She spent 16 years as an ELA Teacher, Media Arts Teacher, and Athletic Coach at Portales Junior High School.  Ginger was the Assistant Principal at PJHS for three years before moving to the Principal position at Lindsey-Steiner.  She is currently in her 2nd year as Principal at LSE.  Ginger has a B.S.I.S. from Wayland Baptist University, a Master's Degree in Education from Walden University, and an endorsement in TESOL. She has received the "Newspapers in Education Teacher of the Year Award" twice, is a member of Phi Kappa Delta (the National Honor Society for Education), and participated in NISL (the National Institute for School Leadership). In 2009 she was a Golden Apple Finalist for the State of New Mexico.
