Teacher/Staff Bios

Linda Johns has over 40 years of experience in education teaching various grade levels in Portales, Seminole and Farwell, TX.  She earned her Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Elementary Education with an emphasis in reading from Eastern New Mexico University.  In addition, Linda has been trained in Reading Recovery.  Currently, she is the Lindsey-Steiner Reading Intervention Specialist helping struggling readers strengthen their skills.
