Teacher/Staff Bios

Danna Smith has been teaching for the Portales Municipal School District for 25 years. She got her teaching degree in 1998 from ENMU. Mrs. Smith taught fourth grade for 4 years before moving to the fifth grade team. Currently, she teaches fifth grade math and science.  Mrs. Smith works hard to make learning engaging and meaningful for her students. She also enjoys working with the team at Lindsey-Steiner Elementary.
