Rainie R. Greathouse started her educational journey after she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Communicative Disorders from Eastern New Mexico University. In 2014, she joined Brown Early Childhood Center as a Pre-K and Kindergarten Paraprofessional and also became a member of the DASH Committee. At Brown, Rainie focused on her passion for education and helped students develop their foundational skills for successful academic and emotional growth. She obtained her teaching certification, became a full-time educator, and in 2018, joined the Lindsey-Steiner Special Education Department. Currently, she teaches fifth and sixth-grade students in ELA and Math and serves as a new teacher mentor. Rainie collaborates with teachers on her campus to ensure that students at Lindsey-Steiner receive the inclusion support and skills needed to actively participate in the general education setting.
