Teacher/Staff Bios

Belynn Pierce is in her 26th year in education. Over 22 years have been at Lindsey Steiner Elementary where she has taught 5th and 6th grade students Social Studies and Language Arts. She began her career at Valencia Elementary as a PE Teacher and as a Volleyball and Track Coach at Portales Junior High School. Belynn has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education from Eastern New Mexico University, a Master’s Degree in Curriculum, Instruction and Assessment from Walden University, and endorsements in Physical Education and TESOL. Belynn is a member of The National Society of Leadership and Success.
