1.A- Set professional learning goals to explore and apply pedagogical approaches made possible by technology and reflect on their effectiveness.

Above is the audio recording of my Philosphy of Teaching. With in my philosophy of teaching I talk about my goals as an elementary school teacher. A lot of my goals relate to how I would like my classroom to look like and how I want my students to learn. One of my goals with my classroom is to use technology based learning. I would like students to use technology to help foster their learning. Technology currently does play a big role in my classroom. We use technology in may different ways to help learn in nontraditional ways. That is why I chose my philosophy of teaching to be my artifact for this standard.

I believe that I always have room to improve my philosophy of teaching and that it could change at any time. I will always have the same view as a teacher but as technology and teaching practices evolve, so while my philosophy. As I work on completing my Masters in Technology Integration, I plan may add different types of technology goals to my philosophy. I think that as technology becomes a more prominent part of the curriculum, I will continually add to my philosophy.
