Summer Program Elements and Responsibilities
Work at least 250 RLC research hours between 7/1-9/29 (about 25 hours per week)

Financial Support
URISE Trainees remaining in Portland and continuing in their RLC for Summer 2024 are eligible for SRE financial support.
Monthly Stipend
Two stipends in July
One stipend in August and September
$1,195 starting in July 2024
Additional Financial Support
Trainees remaining in Portland for the summer have access to $3,500 in per diem and travel funds for the duration of the SRE. You will meet with Sarah Taylor (sbt@pdx.edu) to go through the Travel Advance process to access these funds.
Housing
URISE MAY be able to provide housing for your SRE at OHSU. Please fill out the Summer Housing Request Form to determine your eligibility for summer housing. The deadline to complete the form is April 16, 2024. Please contact urise@pdx.edu
