On the 28th June we took 70+ learners to Ridlins Athletics Stadium for our annual competition against the 11 other schools in Mid-Herts.
We were hugely successful as we placed 4th out of 12 teams, which is a significant improvement from an 11th place finish two years ago.
Our boys were hugely successful, comfortably beating favourites who have dominated the competition in recent years.
A full breakdown is below:
Year 7 Boys - 2nd Overall (10 points from 1st) Year 8 Boys - 3rd Overall (4 Points from 1st)
Year 9 Boys - 3rd Overall (9 points from 1st)
Year 10 Boys - 4th Overall Boys Overall - 3rd place.
Our girls also saw an improved performance with our Year 7 Girls placing 5th in their 12 team competition.
We look forward to challenging for titles again next year! #TeamOSA
Wow, what an amazing morning at OSA as we welcomed our partners, Tottenham Hotspur Football Club to OSA for our district primary school Next-Gen Football Festival.
Over 80 learners from 8 different primary schools joined us for a morning of football fun, led by our amazing PE department and coaches from the Premier League Club.
Boys and girls from Years 3 and 4 were able to showcase their skills in a wide range of skill practices before taking part in a 7-a-side festival with prizes up for grabs!
All learners came away with a Tottenham Hotspur goodie bag with some leaving with Tottenham Hotspur shirts, medals and signed footballs!
Well done to our Year 10 Sports Captains and our Year 12 Sport Coordinators for their support for this event!
We look forward to doing many more as part of our newly-formed partnership with Tottenham Hotspur Football Club!
