Year 7's competed to design a balanced salad to serve in the school canteen. They used their knowledge of the Eatwell guide and sensory attributes to choose ingredients. The final five students then prepared, cooked and presented their salads to a taste panel, which included the Canteen Manager and Mrs J Jones.
