YEAR 10: INNERSCOPE

The students in year 10 were invited to a Keynote speech in the hall with Innerscope founder James Aidoo who spoke with them about different types of learners, his journey from school to running his own company and how our students can best engage with their studies. The students were really receptive to James' message and were impressed with how he communicated with them. James' company will be returning in the summer term to work with some selected students on how they can develop their own skills in year 11.

James Aidoo is an award winning Youth engagement practitioner who founded Innerscope in 2013. After designing and delivering an intervention programme aimed to support targeted young people into employment, The London metropolitan police presented him with the Borough commander’s recommendation award.
