The students attending The Drive, the schools' Alternative Provision, had the opportunity to visit the Disney 100 exhibition at The Excel centre in London on 11th December as part of their Animation project.
The exhibition allowed the students to see first hand the development of the animation process, which they have been working on in their Creative Arts lessons. Students were able to explore character designing, background developments and costumes from the Walt Disney Company which also included Pixar and Marvel films.
Highlights of the exhibition included the dress from the live action Cruella, props from a range of Marvel films and the first ever sketches by Walt Disney. It was a once in a lifetime opportunity to view such legendary characters, images and props that have captured the hearts of so many people across the world.
