February 24, 2023
Dear Falls-Lenox Families,
We are looking forward to celebrating Literacy with Right to Read Week next week! Our theme for the week is, "What Makes You...You!" Monday is "All About me!" day and students can wear clothes that show their individuality, personality, or future career dreams! Also, students are encouraged to read over the weekend and record their reading minutes on the ticket that gets returned Monday, 2/27 to school. These tickets can be found on the schedule linked below. We will be picking the top three weekend readers from each grade level on Monday. These students will get to eat lunch on Tuesday with our author, Lindsay Bonilla! Also, the Scholastic Bookfair will start on Monday. Students will be able to shop the Bookfair during their weekly library special. You can put money on the virtual wallet, or you can send money with your child in a sealed envelope. Please make sure that your child's name is on the envelope. The Bookfair will also be open from 3-7 p.m. for parents and their children on Thursday, March 2nd.
Lunch Accounts - A friendly reminder to check your student's lunch account. This can be done through EZPay by visiting www.ofcs.net. Please click HERE for the new lunch menus.
If at any time you have questions, concerns, or comments, please feel free to contact our main office at (440) 427-6400. Thank you to all of our families for all of your support and for a great week!

Hopes and Dreams Survey
Dear Parents and Caregivers,
Whether your student is an itty-bitty Bulldog at the ECC, a senior in the class of 2023 at OFHS, or in a grade somewhere in between, you have hopes and dreams for them. Just like your child is unique, your hopes and dreams for them are too. That is why YOUR input about YOUR child(ren) is so important to us.
The Parent/Caregiver Hopes & Dreams for Students Survey is currently underway. Sharing your thoughts will help us know what is important to you, and how we can help deliver the benefits you expect to receive from Olmsted Falls Schools. We have hopes and dreams for your children too: to inspire and empower students to make a contribution to the world. Knowing the aspirations, you have for your child will help us fulfill that vision.

We look forward to reading your responses. Thank you!
Sincerely,
Dr. Jim Lloyd, Superintendent
