Conducting a Zoom session for the first time - or even the tenth time - can be daunting. Following a few steps can minimize negative experiences.
As male enrollment dropped during WWII, NYU filled its classrooms with a large number of women, who made up over 50 percent of enrolled students at NYU from 1943 to 1945. In February 1943, the Chance Vought Division of United Aircraft established a scholarship to bring women who had majored in mathematics and physics at the nation's leading colleges to train at NYU's Guggenheim School of Aeronautical Engineering.

It can be overwhelming to think about managing a 2.5 hour virtual class. A Production Sheet (often used during video productions) is a useful tool for sequencing and organizing your remote class session.
After a few class sessions, it might not be as necessary.
Plan for a remote synchronous course session just as you would plan for an in-person class.
