What makes god, God?
During February, each meeting of the Bible Club has focused on exploring different attributes of God. The students have been learning about God's faithfulness, goodness, justness, and holiness. God's holiness, like all of His attributes, is boundless, reflecting the infinite nature of God. Holiness signifies the purity and sanctity of the divine God, calling for reverence and respect towards Him. Through reading and discussing relevant biblical passages, students engage in a process of questioning and seeking answers to deepen their understanding. reflecting the infinite nature of God.

Senior Beta's Greensboro Convention Experience
Our Senior Beta Club recently attended the annual state convention held in Greensboro, NC on January 26. Those who attended were Carly Shearon, Katelyn Knox, Natalie Bunting, Monica Kaiser, Amber Wells, and Camille Dowell. Additionally, some students participated online, including Briar Scott, Pizgah Wadsworth, Tyzier Brown, Jakala Gates, and Lizbeth Martinez Rovira. The students participated in various categories, including dance, poetry, speech, visual arts, agriscience, language arts, and Spanish. All the students were thrilled to compete with other schools in the state and are eagerly looking forward to next year's convention. At the end, we were delighted to congratulate two of our students, Briar Scott and Monica Kaiser, for their outstanding performance at the convention. Briar won third place in Agriscience Division 2, while Monica won fifth place in Color Photography Division 1.
Our club's sponsor, Mrs. Dow, expressed her pride in the participating students who traveled to the convention this year. She also said that the experience inspired her to try new approaches in recruiting new members and establishing officer requirements for next year. Mrs. Dow was able to brainstorm with the students who traveled and sponsors from other schools on ways to increase participation in the club and enhance its impact on the school and community in the future.-

The Fun of FFA Week!
During the week of February 19th-23rd, NECP celebrated their FFA week with various dress-down themes each day. These themes included Pajama Day, where students showed up to school in their coziest sleepwear; Hero vs. Villains, where students dressed up as their favorite superhero or villain; Gone Hunting, where students wore camouflage; Blue Day, where students showed their support for FFA by wearing blue; and Farm Animal Day, where students dressed up in all kinds of farm animal costumes. Students enjoyed dressing up for each of the days and loved showing their school spirit. It was overall a great way to get students and teachers involved.
