We have had many quizzes on scaled copies. In each quiz we need to see what each shape is a scaled copy of each other is. I am doing pretty well on these quizzes and I keep getting meets.

In math we are going to make a pocket size version of our school so right now we are measuring the area of our school and drawing it on paper. In a little bit we are going to start giving the school dimension so then we can use the measurements of the school and make a scaled copy of the school pocket sized.

Our last unit was unit 3. It was about measuring circles. I learned many different formulas to measure one. To find the area of a circle you need to do A=3.14 x r2. to get the circumference of a circle you need to do C=3.14 x d. throughout this I think I have begun to understand how to measure a circle
