This is our journal prompt 3, we used simple and compound sentences

Learning target: I can defend my claim using evidence from quality, reliable sources. Me and my partners made a debate preparation page for what we were going to say for the argumentative essay. 

Learning target: I can write an effective argument by organizing my evidence and reasons into paragraphs. Me and my partners made a script for what we were going to say when we were debating. Once we were done with writing our scripts I went back through our work and made sure that it was presentable and made sense. 

Learning target: I can design an app based on my understanding of what I read. I made an app for the character Charlie Hernandez to help him with his feather situation and his horns.
