Group work

Art project

In art we had to create these big art project for our silk road project. The things that we made had to have a 3D element in them so we decided to make the pillars in it 3D. Me and my group made the temple of Isis. This project was pretty difficult because me and my group members weren't totally done the day that it was due so we had to do a lot of work to finish it. I think that I did a lot of the work here because basically everything on her I worked on at least a little bit. I am very proud of how it turned out.

Ownership

I showed a lot of ownership in this project by taking lead and helping my group know what has to be done. I thin this project really helped me grow a lot because in a lot of my other projects I was usually the person getting told what to do, but in this one I had to take the lead and help the rest of my group know what had to be done.

Helpfulness

I think I was very helpful in this project. I knew everything that had to be done and I helped my partners do what they were supposed to be doing. I think I did a lot of this project by sketching it out, painting it, and adding all the little details.

Respect

I show a lot of respect during our groups work by respecting others ideas. I try not to be mean when saying these but sometimes it can sound like it. I want to get better at talking to people about how I disagree with their ideas in i kind way.
