We made posters that were on a big screen in our Columbian exchange cafe exhibition.
In this exhibition we made food that had the ingredients that originated in the new world and the old world. I made a pineapple casserole. One thing that I am proud of this exhibition is that I memorized my script even though we had 1 day to do so. The hardest part of this exhibition for me was researching about the food we made because there were many questions we had to answer and sometimes the research was hard to find. One of the habits of heart and mind that I connected with was effort. I connected with effort because I needed to work from home making my meal and finding research about it so that if anyone asked questions I could answer them. I also needed effort because I had to make food, I had to make sure it was made correctly, and I needed to make sure that I was using the right measuring tools. In this exhibition we also researched the effects of the Columbian exchange. I had to research about wealth creation. I had to tell people about it and how the Columbian exchange affected it. I think I did a good job on this exhibition because I got a meets on it.
