Family Engagement Night (SPIN)
Our family engagement night was a huge success. Author Gordan Korman presented to parents, handed out free books and signed them for students. Kim, from the FBI presented on internet safety and how predators lure children into chats and meets.
Families played games, ate free food and won numerous prizes that were donated by local businesses. A few pictures of the event are posted below.
Course Selection for 26-27
Believe it or not, we are already planning for next school year. We will be sending out information and forms regarding students schedules for 26-27. It is important that parents review the course options with their children and complete the forms in a timely manner.
Mrs. Shaver and Mrs. Winnicki met with 8th grade students during PE class about graduation requirements and high school courses. Individual student meetings will be held over the next few weeks to discuss course recommendations and course selections. If you have a question please reach out to your child's school counselor. Mrs. Shaver can be reached at 716-631-7413 or Shaver@maryvaleufsd.org. Mrs. Winnicki can be reached at 716-631-7400 or Winnicki@maryvaleufsd.org.
