Homecoming
Our homecoming football game is tonight. Please remember that MS students must be accompanied by an adult when attending after school sporting events and related activities.
Upcoming Events
We have an exciting week planned for our students. We will have another spirit week as we get out the message to be drug free. Mrs. Brown is working with WNY United and local agencies to put on our annual Red Ribbon Rally on Thursday 10/30.
Our first book fair will be held throughout the week. See the flyer below for more details.
Tunes and Treats will take place on Wednesday, 10/29 in the high school at 6:30. Please see the flyers below.
Friday, 10/31 is a half day. Mrs. Fowler and Mrs. Rohde are preparing a special schedule with various activities for students in the morning. After the students dismiss, teachers will be engaging with their Professional Learning Communities to better their instruction and supports for our students.
Fall Activity Night
In order to ensure our students and their families can participate in Beggars' Night, we are moving our first activity night to November 14th. Our Student Council is working on a new theme and activities for this event.
We have many clubs and intramurals starting to meet already. Please see the list of the clubs, meeting times and locations below.
21st Century Program/YWCA
We are pleased to announce Maryvale Intermediate and Middle Schools are partnering with YWCA Western New York to provide an extended learning program through the US Department of Education 21st Century Community Learning Center (21stCCLC) grant.
The program is provided free of charge to all families. The program will operate Monday through Thursday, from 2:15pm to 5:45pm for Middle School students. More information and the registration link can be found below or by clicking here.
