Clay

First graders have created pinch pots. We read the folk tale, Clay Boy, and then created our vessels. Students learned how to take a chunk of clay, turn it into a ball, and rotate your hands while pinching the inside of the form to create a pot!. We even were able to display kid's work in our fancy new display case!
