Paintings from Imagination

In first grade we created paintings from our imaginations. We used primary colors and white to create our drawings. We used a wet on wet technique to mix our colors. I asked students to experiment mixing secondary colors as well as lighter values with the white. We then used oil pastels to find images within the colors we created. We found some interesting images!
