Batik

Third graders tried something completely new this year! Using a mixture of toothpaste and lotion students drew an Eric Carle inspired creature on a piece of fabric. After letting it dry for 24 hours, three coats of paint were added before washing off the toothpaste mixture. What is left are these cool Batiks!
