  3. Practice with a TDA

    1. In your group, create an outline for the assigned TDA.

    2. Intro (with thesis), outline of body paragraphs (topic sentences, evidence you would use, any devices you see), and a conclusion.

    3. I will walk around and discuss your thought process with you! Check how you do with the rubric.

  4. Discuss as a class. Look at student samples that scored high and discuss reasoning.
