Agenda:

1. Podcast assignment update!

   • Complete the form telling me what podcast/documentary you are using for your rhetorical assignment!

   • Remember that this is going to be due 10/8 as a minor grade.

2. Kahoot review for unit vocabulary--quiz on all words 10/6!

3. Read and analyze RFK's speech, marking any devices and explaining WHY you think the author used the devices (I should see multiple comments with explanations!)

4. After reading the piece, write a THESIS for a possible essay that answers the question in the prompt.

5. Get back with your groups and finish your arguments for your food debates. We will present and taste test next class. :)

Homework:

• Study vocabulary for quiz on 10/6.

• Podcast/documentary assignment due 10/8.

• I will be introducing your next essay next class, so please stay on top of work so that you do not feel behind!!
