Newsletter
Dear Families,
Thank you for taking the time to read our monthly newsletter. We appreciate your engagement and support as we work together to create an enriching learning experience for your children.
As we approach the end of the year, this will be our final newsletter before Cycle 2 begins. Inside, you’ll find important announcements and helpful reminders to ensure a smooth transition into the next cycle.
We hope you find this newsletter informative and inspiring as we look ahead to the exciting opportunities in the coming months.
If your learner missed the last day of the cycle, it is very important that they review and complete their Menu Selection. Learners who attended on Wednesday completed it then.
Find the link below to the different menu selection forms. They can also find it in their Google Classrooms.

At Learnlife, we prioritize meaningful growth over traditional grades. When a transcript is needed, learners collaborate with Learning Guides to convert self-assessments into grades. Each assessment is reviewed, and if a learner’s rating exceeds the delivered quality, we provide feedback to help them reach that level. This process makes the transcript a true reflection of their growth. Please request transcripts at least one week in advance to michel@learnlife.com
Please, go through the photos Benedetta shared from the lost and found items. If any of them belong to your learners, remind them to collect them from Benedetta once we are back from the break.
We are excited to share information about the Learning Vitae (LV), a dynamic tool designed to empower learners by showcasing their growth, skills, and achievements across all learning experiences. This platform allows them to curate a personalized profile of their learning journey, which they are encouraged to explore and update regularly. For Creators and Changemakers, we encourage you to ask your learners to show you their Learning Vitae and discuss how it reflects their progress and passions.
Explorers will be introduced to the LV during their 360 preparation, starting with uploading evidence they feel most proud of.

As part of our alignment process across all Hubs, we’re excited to introduce a unified approach to behavior expectations and protocols. This framework is designed to ensure consistency, clarity, and fairness, supporting a positive and respectful environment for all Learners and Learning Guides.
Additionally, we’ve streamlined behavior protocols to provide clear steps for addressing challenges. The process prioritizes restorative practices, encouraging learners to reflect, recognize responsibility, and find constructive solutions.
By unifying these guidelines, we aim to create a cohesive experience across all Hubs, reinforcing our shared values and commitment to a nurturing, learner-centered community.
Have a lovely Christmas and wonderful 2025. We hope to see you in person before then!
Thank you for your support.
The Learnlife Learning Team.
Here are some videos from the small celebration organized by the LGs on the last day of the cycle. The learners created small presents from scraps for their peers and then sang some festive songs karaoke style!
Please remember that you can always check your learner's attendance using the Edvoice app. If your learner will be absent or arriving late, kindly email Benedetta at benedetta@learnlife.com. Providing this information is essential for maintaining the safety and well-being of all our learners. Thank you for your cooperation!
Studios in Cycle 1 were incredibly successful. We have seen learners across the hub leveling up their outputs and reaching higher quality and satisfaction in their work. This cycle we did our best to open up the Studios to allow learners the chance to develop their own personal projects rather than be limited to a single group output. Through this, we have seen a higher level of engagement across the studios. Needless to say, we are very excited to see what comes from Cycle 2!
We want continue to reach out to our community of families in search of tools and resources that might add value to the Studio spaces. If there is anything that has collected dust at home and might find new use here in the hub, please reach out to Jim at jim@learnlife.com if you are interested in sending anything in.
We are currently looking for:
Digital and Analog cameras
Musical Instruments
Sewing Machines
Old (broken) technology
Your child can bring their own lunch daily. Alternatively, you can place an order for their lunch through our catering partner, the Healthiest Choice. If you would like further details, please email urbanhub@learnlife.com. Once learners turn 16, they can leave the Hub for lunch and breaks. If your child is in Creators and under 16, they can leave the Hub for lunch with your permission. Please make sure they bring their own cutlery. We recommend that your child also bring healthy snacks with them in case they would like to eat during breaks.
