Parent Hub

Who are we?

We’re a group of parent volunteers dedicated to supporting the success and well-being of our EcoHub community. Think of us as the EcoHub version of a Parent-Teacher Association — here to connect, support, and celebrate with you throughout the school year.

What do we do?

We organise events that bring our community together and help make EcoHub an even more joyful place for our learners and families. We also serve as a bridge between parents and school leadership — while direct communication with Learning Guides (LGs) and the leadership team is always encouraged, we’re here to amplify parent voices when needed.

We also collect annual dues, which go towards funding:

Cycle 1: Party after ShowShow and Autumn Fair
Cycle 2: Party after ShowShow and Carnival
Cycle 3: Party after ShowShow and Sant Jordi
We also put on the Mercadillo, the School Yearbook and organise staff gifts

How to stay connected!

We use WhatsApp to help parents stay in the loop!

Each programme has its own group chat for discussion and coordination.
There’s also a one-way Parent Hub broadcast channel where we post important updates and reminders.

🧑‍💬 Please note: These chats are entirely parent-run — EcoHub staff are not present unless they are also parents.

👉 Please join the ParentHub broadcast channel plus the program group(s) relevant to you (Adventurers, Discoverers, Pioneers), stating your name(s) and your child's name, so that the PH program reps can organize the group.
