How we communicate with you

We use email for 1:1 communications with you.

What we use email for:

• Sending you 1:1 communications, such as updates of your child and invites to parent meetings

• Sending field trip or event information that may require a reply from you 

When you should use email:

We host a range of in-person meetings with parents during the year.

• Parent meetings

• 1:1 parent meetings

• Celebratory events such as showcases and graduation

Dates of these events can be found on the Eco Hub calendar.

Our team is available Monday to Friday, between 8:30 and 16:30. If you contact us outside of these hours, your message will be read the following day. 

We aim to respond to emails and messages within 24 hours. If you require an urgent response, we recommend calling us at +34 691 395 720.

Our community thrives on positive relationships, and parents play a crucial role in this. We believe in open and collaborative communication and encourage you to reach out to us with any questions, feedback, or concerns you may have.
