Algebra 1 is designed to give students a foundation for all future mathematics courses. Common core state standards are taught and reinforced in Algebra 1. This course is created to emphasize the study of multiple representations of linear and non-linear functions. Topics include recognizing and developing patterns of functions using tables, graphs, and equations. These courses provide modified instruction based upon students individualized needs. A calculator will be provided for in-class use only.
