321 – Geometry Honors

· Selection Criteria: Select - Recommend “B” or higher in Algebra I H

In order to enroll in Geometry Honors, students must meet the established criteria for placement in honors classes. This course follows the Geometry 322 course description below. If time is available non-Euclidean geometries may be approached or assigned as individual projects. The pace is faster and a greater level of difficulty is experienced. A student expecting to be successful should have excellent algebraic and reasoning skills. A student with two marking period grades of C- or lower may be placed in the Geometry 322 course. A calculator will be provided for in-class use only.
