Students participating this program have an IEP and transition plan indicating community based employment. The program facilitates on the job training to establish a supportive network to ensure student job success.

Students will complete job applications, prepare resumes, participate in simulated interviews, explore various job opportunities and participate in workplace readiness training with a job coach. Students will learn the skills needed to meet employer expectations on a job site.
