336 - Algebra III Honors
· Full year – 1 credit – Grades 11, 12
· Selection Criteria: Must have a C or above in Algebra II CP or must have earned an A in Algebra II or meet honor placement requirements

Algebra III Honors is offered as an alternative math class for students who have completed Algebra II and are not ready for pre-calculus. Algebra III Honors may also be taken by students who received an “F” in pre-calculus. This course is a study of algebraic functions including polynomial, rational, radical, exponential, logarithmic and piecewise defined functions. Topics investigated will include domain, range, graphs, inverses, operations, equations, inequalities and their applications.
A TI-84 Plus CE graphing calculator will be provided for use in class only.
