Term 4 Week 1

Welcome Back! 

Kia ora Base 4 Whānau, 

It has been wonderful to be back at school for this first week. Our tamariki have come back refreshed, focussed and keen to learn. Thank you for your support with this. 

This term, we are currently on 88.9% attendance.

Our goal this term is attendance. We want to be the highest attending base in the school! Last term our attendance was 88.4%. We are aiming for this to be above 90%! Please support your child to be at school everyday and to arrive before the bell which is 8:30am. 

Athletics 

For the first 5 weeks we have a Counties Manukau facilitator preparing us for athletics, which will be in week 8. This week we were learning all about relays and how to pass battens correctly.

Mahi Tahi 

In week 7 and 8 Mahi Tahi meetings will be happening for students in Base 4. This to catch up about the progress they have made this year. Please look out on HERO during week 7 and 8 to find the booking timetables and lock in a date and time to see the kaiako.
