Teacher phase: DISILLUSIONMENT
Provisional teacher may begin to feel overwhelmed. Mental and physical fatigue may be setting in. Check in with your teacher often. Reflecting on the previous years could help them priortize better.
Provisional educators should be moving into a phase of teaching that sees beyond oneself and now includes students and the team. Now that they have two years behind them, they should be more comfortable looking to student data and sharing that data with their team.
