Gold ware (Nanhai I) -金器(南海I号)

Gold Belt - 金腰带

In 1987, the water was excavated. The belt is 1.72 meters in length. Although it has been in the sea for nearly a thousand years, it still shines with gold. The belt is well-made, with a twist like body and a delicate button decoration. It is very exotic. The shape of this belt is not seen in China, and experts speculate that it is the Middle East ware style. It is another physical witness of the maritime Silk Road.
