We are working to improve our dribbling skills with the soccer ball
I can control my ball keeping it close to my body
I can change directions and speed while moving with the ball
Watch each exercise then do a 30 second set for each exercise with 30 second rest in between.
Soccer is the worlds most popular sport. It is a unique human experience. Soccer is a globally unifying game. Soccer and its players have worked to help the world by combatting racism, poverty and disease. It is a game of friendship, skill and honor.
First Activity 5 minutes. In your best space just start to walk and touch your ball. Keep it close to your body. Touch it with all parts of both feet outside, inside, top and bottom. Push it, tap it, roll it and drag it. Change directions start slow if you are in control increase your speed.
Day 2 P.E.
We are working to juggle the soccer ball with multiple body surfaces
I am successful when I can use my thighs and feet to juggle the soccer ball
We are learning about the health benefits to our body from playing soccer
I can list several reasons how soccer can improve my health.

Indoor soccer skills. Dont worry about being perfect just practice these skills to the best of your abilities. Go slow mistakes are good they build improvement.
