I am successful when I can include foods in my diet that improve my bones health
We are learning to train with the resistance band safely
I am successful when I can control my resistance band to complete my work out

We are learning about how bones make blood
I am successful when I understand where blood is made
We are using the resistance band to improve muscular strength and endurance
I am successful when I safely participate in activity using the resistance band
Day 4 P.E.
We are learning about the nutritional hazards of Pop
I understand why pop is detrimental to my health and why
I can reduce the amount of pop I consume
We are working to improve our tossing and catching skills
I am successful when I can toss and catch a tennis ball with: Two hands......One hand.....High.....Low
