Day 1 P.E.

Equipment needed for this week: Ping Pong, Tennis or any type of small ball.


We are learning about blood

I am successful when I know the different parts of blood and their function.


Warm Up:


What is Blood?


Main Activity: Using items you have around your house, build an obstacle course. Can you incorporate agility, cardio vascular endurance, muscular strength and tossing with accuracy into your course. 20 minutes of construction and activity. Please take breaks when needed and drink water.

Day 2 P.E.


We are learning about the lungs and their function

I can identify the main jobs of the lungs and understand how they work in combination with the heart.

Add on and build level 2 of obstacle course. 15 minutes individual build and activity time.

We are completing an athlete study on Pele

I am successful when I know personal information about Pele. Including where he is from, his personality traits and his contribution to the sport of soccer and the world.


Warm Up: Soccer focused


Who is PELE?


Main activity: Prep time for athlete map assignment on Friday:

Research additional information on Pele. Search him on google or youtube. Find one short article and one short video to gather facts and character traits about Pele.





Day 4 P.E.


We are working to improve our tossing with accuracy

I am successful when I can design and create a trick shot.

I am able to make simple shots with my ball.

Dude Perfect Ping Pong


Main Activity Trick Shot Level 1: Designing trick shots and shooting practice. Start with simple ideas, as you make shots increase the difficulty level. Be creative, this is about having fun and being active. If you can film or take pictures of yourself please share them with me we can make a Powderhorn edition of our shots.
