Animation

Students get an introduction to skills necessary in producing assets and characters for a game environment. These skills include 3D modelling, texturing and lighting. Students will also optimise their assets for importing into the gaming engine and apply basic game rules to a first person game prototype. Skills learnt during this course give the students a sneak peak at the skills needed within the animation and gaming developing industries.

Digital Game Design

An introduction to the concepts of digital media and how to implement them to produce and deliver a multi-media presentation.
