Faculty are provided a number of reports to assist in the facilitation of their course using Moodle.
To view the report options available:
Within your course, click on Faculty Quicklinks
Scroll to Course Reports and click on the down arrow to display the report options.
The forum summary report provides faculty with an overview of each student's participation in the weekly forums and can be aggregate for the course or by forum.
The log can display all activities, site news or site errors, such as failed login attempts, and all levels.
These real time, live logs update every 60 seconds and can be stopped and restarted by clicking the 'Pause live updates' button.
A course activity report, showing the number of views for each activity and resource. This report can be filtered by date range using the filter option.
Generate a list of who has participated in a given activity, and how many times.
Can be filtered by role, group, and action (View or Post).
Allow individuals or groups students (e.g. those who have not participated) to be easily messaged.
This matrix gives faculty an overview of the entire course noting by user which activies have been completed by user.
This report allows teachers to view the competencies of each student in their course, along with their ratings.
