Mixed groups Students learning how take measures on a Kart chassis
We first visited the Alpha Karting center who provided us with the chassis and all the technical information about the karts engines in their workshops. The students were very excited .to bring the chassis to our school
Once the chassis got onto our workshop at school, the students got it washed
Afterwards, the students had to measure the chassis, and get all the chassis dimensions. They organised the post, painted the chassis and reassembled the various parts of the body
The students in a group learned how to assemble the cells for the battery and to explain later to the european partners
Earlier the students did the wiring on the kart, the command controller converting the direct current into an alternative current of the motor and installed the battery that will charge the solar panels that will be placed at the back of the kart. All this explained in the video joined made for the video conference during the German Virtual mobility.
