National Educational Leadership Academy Endorsement

In May 2022, the programme was jointly submitted by Results Driven Group and the Welsh Education Consortia for endorsement and subsequently successfully endorsed.

Endorsement from the Leadership Academy demonstrates that the provision has met the high standards set out in the endorsement criteria through a rigorous two stage process overseen by the Leadership Academy team, Academy Associates and stakeholders. 

Endorsement assures leaders that the provision they invest in is underpinned by international evidence on what makes effective leadership and will have a positive impact on outcomes for learners. 

The purpose of endorsement is to ensure that the most effective leadership development provision currently on offer can be recognised. The aim of endorsement is to ensure equity of access to high quality leadership development provision across Wales. 

We encourage all providers who develop and deliver leadership development opportunities to bring their provision forward for endorsement. 

The endorsement process ensures that leadership provision is aligned to the vision and values of the National Academy for Educational Leadership, meets the ambition of our National educational reforms and supports the strategic policy priorities for all educational settings.
