Since the organization’s inception, Haven Academy has remained committed to growing, learning and improving on its path to fully becoming an anti racist institution. In the most recent years, our equity work has moved us forward to becoming culturally competent and developing a framework of an anti racist approach. Through partnerships, system’s audits and guidance from DEI experts and consultants, the school’s team continues to improve its climate by committing to:

An equity team that is moves to take action on issues of communication, professional development, curriculum and redeveloping our school programs
